About
The Festival Intercéltico de Avilés takes place every summer in Avilés, Asturias, at the La Exposición site. Founded in 1997 by the Esbardu cultural association after its participation in the Festival Interceltique de Lorient, it gathers dance groups, bagpipe bands and folk ensembles from Ireland, Wales, Brittany and Asturias. Admission is free.
