Festival International de Châteauroux - DARC

The Stage-Festival International de Châteauroux, run by the DARC association (Danse-Art-Rythme-Culture) founded in the early 1970s, takes place every August in Châteauroux, in the Indre department. It combines an international training programme in dance, singing and comedy, covering around twenty disciplines, with concerts open to the general public. The event brings together several hundred trainees from around the world and draws a large audience in a festive atmosphere.
