Festival Les Marteaux de Gellone, fabrique de musiques médiévales

Organized by the Centre International de Musiques Médiévales, this festival unfolds between Montpellier and the abbey church of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Over roughly ten days in May, it combines medieval and modal music concerts with workshops, residencies, symposia and an archaeo-lutherie exhibition.
