Festival Les Murmures du Val

This festival of contemporary and amplified music takes place in Foncine-le-Haut, in the Jura mountains, usually at the village hall. Its name refers to a distinctive sound of the nearby Saine valley, an emblematic spot in the village, and the lineup is eclectic, spanning reggae, rock, funk and electro-dub. Run by a local association, it draws an audience from across the region for an evening of several bands.
