Festival mexicain et latino

This festival takes place in Martel, in the Lot department, which has been twinned with the Mexican town of Tequila since 2002, and is organized by the Tequila Martel twinning committee. It celebrates Mexican and Latin American culture around the Dia de los Muertos tradition, featuring exhibitions, a Latin market, dance, percussion and cooking workshops, and evening dance parties. Open to all generations, it usually takes place in autumn, between October and November.
