Festival Nacional de Música de Goiânia

Held without interruption since the late 1960s in Goiânia, this classical music festival is considered the oldest of its kind in Brazil. Now run by the Federal University of Goiás's school of music, it brings together instrumentalists, singers, composers and conductors for concerts, masterclasses and seminars, playing a major educational role in Brazil's Center-West region.
