About
Founded in 2008 as the Festival Rock Celtique, Chalky Rock takes place in Plancy-l'Abbaye, in the Aube department, set within the grounds of the village's former abbey. Organised by the association Plancy Sports Loisirs, it has broadened beyond its Celtic roots to include rock, punk and folk acts. Past lineups have featured bands such as Les Wampas, The Rumjacks and Tagada Jones.
