Festival Siembra y Lucha

Festival Siembra y Lucha is an open air metal festival held at the La Lucha estate in Desamparados, near San José, Costa Rica, since 2012. Over three days it brings together local bands alongside international acts from many countries, drawing inspiration from Europe's major metal festivals. Part of the proceeds fund an environmental project to clean up the Tarrazú River, giving the event an unusual ecological angle for the genre.
