Festiwal Piosenki Angielskiej w Brzegu

Founded in the 1990s by a local high school English teacher, the Festiwal Piosenki Angielskiej (English Song Festival) in Brzeg, also known as Face the Music, grew from a school competition into an event drawing participants from across Poland. Built around qualifying auditions followed by a final concert at the Brzeg culture centre, it showcases young singers performing songs in English each year. Several past winners have gone on to notable careers in the Polish music industry, including Alicja Bachleda-Curuś and Dominika Gawęda.
