Folkival

Folkival takes place in Nürtingen, Germany, over three days, with a programme devoted to Celtic folk and traditional music from Ireland, Scotland, Brittany and Canada. Started on the initiative of local folk musicians, the festival brings together around a dozen artists and has hosted acts such as Paul McKenna Band, Broom Bezzums and The Hoodie Crows, alongside bands blending ballads, sea songs, jigs and reels.
