About
The Fraîcheur festival takes place at the open air theatre of Parc du Maubuée in Torcy, in Seine-et-Marne. Organised by the associations Évasion Urbaine, À Coup d'Zik and Hard Déco, it brings together dance, singing, soul, reggae, variété and hip hop in an outdoor setting, with free admission.
