About
Founded in 1994 by Jean-Louis Foulquier, creator of the Francofolies de La Rochelle, together with Charles Gardier and Pierre Rapsat, the Francofolies de Spa brought the French festival's concept to Belgium. The lineup focuses on French language song and contemporary music, with particular attention to the Belgian scene, held in the spa town of Spa.
