Furness Tradition Festival

The Furness Tradition Festival takes place in Ulverston, South Cumbria, and is run by a volunteer organisation formed in 1997/8 to put on a festival. Held annually in mid-July, it promotes folk music and related arts and crafts, especially the musical traditions of Cumbria and Furness, through concerts, sessions, dance and storytelling. Its programme has featured The Andy May Trio and The Madeleine Stewart Trio.
