About
Gillmanfest is a Venezuelan rock and metal festival founded in 2005 in tribute to musician and promoter Paul Gillman. Born in Valencia, it has since traveled to several cities across the country, including Caracas' Los Caobos park, aiming to keep the local rock scene alive. Its lineups mix homegrown bands with international guests such as Rata Blanca, Megadeth, Testament, Sepultura, Saxon and Candlemass, sometimes drawing crowds in the tens of thousands.
