About
Founded in 1970, Glastonbury Festival takes place at Worthy Farm near Pilton in Somerset. Its main stage, the Pyramid Stage, hosts an eclectic bill of rock, pop and electronic music alongside theatre, circus and comedy. The festival takes a fallow year every five seasons to let the land recover, and channels part of its proceeds to charity organisations.
