About
Hay Festival has taken place every year in Hay-on-Wye, a small Welsh town famed for its bookshops, since 1988. Devoted to literature and ideas, it also brings together music, science, politics and comedy through talks, debates and concerts. Once called the Woodstock of the mind by Bill Clinton, it has since spread to some thirty towns around the world.
