Hell Over Halen

Hell over Halen is an open-air festival dedicated to rock, punk and metal, held in Halen near Emstek in the Oldenburger Münsterland region of Lower Saxony. Run by the Hell over Halen e. V. association, founded in 2020, it held a first edition in 2022 and spans two days with a camping area. The programme covers rock, punk, heavy metal, thrash and death metal, with particular attention to local and emerging bands from the region.
