Highland Jazz & Blues Festival

Founded in 2003 by the Highland Area Partnership, this free festival takes over Columbia Park in Shreveport's historic Highland neighborhood, Louisiana. Across three stages, it pairs jazz and blues acts, both local and national, alongside food trucks and local artisans. Run by a neighborhood association, it remains built as a community gathering.
