Hoflärm has been held in Marienthal, in the Westerwald, since 2019. The three-day open-air festival focuses on doom, stoner, sludge, psych, metal and punk, and has hosted acts such as Graveyard, Mantar and MaidaVale. It is organised by Fast Eddie e.V.
