HOYMA

In Syðrugøta, in the Faroe Islands, HOYMA hosts concerts in the living rooms of ten village families, with two performances per household and no sound or lighting equipment. Created by Jón Tyril with the G! Festival team, the event draws on húsagonga, the Faroese tradition of visiting neighbours, and features jazz, folk and traditional Faroese music.
