Indianapolis Early Music

Running since 1966, this Indianapolis festival is the oldest continuously operating early music festival in the United States. Held over three weekends each summer, it brings together American and international performers on period instruments for a program of concerts and lectures covering medieval, Renaissance and baroque repertoire. The nonprofit behind it, Indianapolis Early Music, also runs educational programs in local schools throughout the year.
