International Sigulda Opera Festival

The International Sigulda Opera Music Festival takes place each year among the ruins of Sigulda's medieval castle in Latvia, overlooking the Gauja River valley. Over two to three weeks, it stages opera productions performed by leading Latvian and international singers, set against a historic and scenic backdrop that gives the festival its distinctive character.
