JAZZUPSEA

This independent cultural project turns Constanța, on Romania's Black Sea coast, into a wide-ranging stage for music, visual arts and local heritage, with free admission across its programme. Built around jazz but open to other styles, it unfolds over several weeks at emblematic venues such as the Constanța Casino, and extends to other towns along the Romanian coast (Mamaia, Eforie, Năvodari). Each year it brings together an active cultural community from the Dobrogea region.
