Kalkwerk Festival

Kalkwerk Festival takes place in Diez, on the site of the Altes Kalkwerk, where it has been held for more than forty years. Spread over three days, it combines a music programme of some twenty bands — rock, metal, indie, punk and rap — with variety acts, theatre, exhibitions, a skatepark and a children's programme. It has hosted acts such as Queen Of the Hive and Temple Of Alice.
