Kann al Loar - Festival Bro Leon

Kann al Loar, Festival Bro Leon, was a festival devoted to Breton culture, language and music, held in the centre of Landerneau in the Finistère department. Founded in 1986, it featured concerts by Breton and international artists, street performances, theatre and film in the Breton language, traditional fest-noz gatherings, and a large parade bringing together several hundred traditional musicians and dancers. The organizing association ended the event in 2023 after financial difficulties.
