Le Grand Soufflet

Le Grand Soufflet animates Rennes and around forty towns across Ille-et-Vilaine, usually in early October, with dozens of concerts, dances and artist encounters. Created in 1996 as an accordion festival, it has opened up to world music since 2022 while keeping its popular, festive spirit. At the Village du Thabor in Rennes, a marquee hosts concerts and dances alongside a guinguette with a bar, food and traditional games.
