Le Lavoir Électrique takes place every summer at the open-air theatre in the Parc de la Boivre, in Vouneuil-sous-Biard near Poitiers. Organised since 2011 by the association Rock en Boivre, this rock festival offers free admission and draws several thousand attendees across two outdoor stages. Food stalls, a bar and camping are set up on site for the evening.
