About
Organised in Louviers by the Boule de Neige association since 2007, this free multidisciplinary winter festival brought together dance, music, theatre, circus and visual arts, notably at Le Moulin, with a strong focus on emerging regional creation from Upper Normandy. It ended after its twelfth edition.
