Les fugues sonores

Les Fugues sonores takes place at the former 9-9bis mining site in Oignies, in the Pas-de-Calais, around Le Métaphone, an unusual concert hall opened in 2013. The festival highlights the site's industrial heritage through free sound and light trails combining concerts with nighttime illuminations of the old pithead buildings. It plays on the dialogue between humans and machines within a striking industrial setting.
