About
Les Plages Électroniques is staged on the beach in front of the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, with several stages set right on the sand facing the sea. Launched around twenty years ago, it has grown into one of France's largest open-air electronic music events, drawing tens of thousands of people each evening for DJ sets against a backdrop of sunset views. Past lineups have included artists such as DJ Snake, Mosimann and Amelie Lens, and the festival highlights an eco-conscious approach with solar power and waste sorting.
