About
The Lisdoonvarna Matchmaking Festival is held every September in Lisdoonvarna, County Clare, on Ireland’s west coast. Rooted in a matchmaking tradition dating back to 1860, it takes over the town with live music, dancing and entertainment across venues, from noon until late. The programme highlights country music and Irish traditions, with artists such as Lisa McHugh and Derek Ryan.
