This rock and blues gathering takes place near the Flügge lighthouse on the island of Fehmarn, commemorating the Love and Peace festival held there in September 1970, where Jimi Hendrix played one of his last outdoor concerts. Today's commemorative editions, free and outdoors, take place near the Flügger Strand campsite, on a modest scale compared with the original event, which drew about 25,000 spectators.
