About
Making Time takes place at Fort Mifflin, a Revolutionary War era fort on the Delaware River in Philadelphia. Grown out of parties Dave Pianka has thrown since 2000, the festival brings together DJs and electronic musicians rooted in club culture, with attendance capped at around 3,000 and entry restricted to ages 21 and up.
