Mile of Music

Mile of Music takes place every summer in downtown Appleton, Wisconsin, spread across roughly a mile-long route connecting some forty venues, cafés, bars, parks and museums. Founded in 2013 by Dave Willems and musician Cory Chisel, this fully free festival showcases only original music, with hundreds of sets performed by emerging artists. The lineup spans Americana, folk, indie rock, gospel, soul and jazz, all set within a friendly, community-driven atmosphere.
