About
Founded in 1988 by musician Francis Xavier Edwards, the Mission Folk Music Festival takes place every year in late July at Fraser River Heritage Park, an outdoor site overlooking the Fraser River in British Columbia. Its lineup mixes emerging and established folk artists from the province with musicians from elsewhere in Canada and around the world.
