MMTX Festival

MMTX ('Mera Me Ta Xromata', or 'a day of colors') is held in Kalamaria, near Thessaloniki, on Aretsou beach. Created by the artistic collective SFINA, the festival pairs hip-hop and electronic music with color throws, sculptures, juggling, dance and various outdoor happenings. Conceived as a large-scale creative street party, it draws a young crowd as much for its festive atmosphere as for its music lineup.
