Music for Galway

Founded in Galway in 1981, this organisation is the leading platform for international classical music performance in the west of Ireland. It runs a season of concerts as well as themed festivals, including the cello-focused Cellissimo, bringing together Irish and international artists. Under artistic director Finghin Collins, it emphasises performance excellence and the exploration of varied repertoire.
