Music Mountain Summer Chamber Music Festival

Founded in 1930 in Falls Village, in the hills of Connecticut, Music Mountain is one of the oldest chamber music festivals in the United States. Concerts, mostly held on Sunday afternoons, take place in Gordon Hall, a wooden concert hall known for its acoustics, set within a wooded estate. The programming centers on string quartets, alongside contemporary premieres.
