Overview
About
Nordischer Klang, or Nordic Sound, is Germany's largest festival devoted to Nordic culture, held each spring in the Baltic Hanseatic city of Greifswald. Launched in 1992 by a society linked to the university's Department of Nordic Studies, it fills around ten days with concerts, exhibitions and talks celebrating Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. Live music shares the bill with film, literature and performing arts from across Scandinavia.
