Norfolk Chamber Music Festival

The Norfolk Chamber Music Festival takes place in Norfolk, Connecticut, as part of the Yale Summer School of Music, on an estate left to the university by Ellen Battell Stoeckel. Concerts are held in the Music Shed, a hall dedicated in 1906 that has hosted musicians such as Fritz Kreisler and Sergei Rachmaninoff. Each summer the festival brings together young instrumentalists, singers and composers who work alongside internationally acclaimed musicians, set in the wooded foothills of the Berkshires.
