Ocean Way Festival takes place on the sand in Santa Monica, California, with direct access to the Pacific Ocean. It is produced by Goldenvoice, the AEG Presents subsidiary also behind Coachella. Gates open at noon each day and the festival observes an evening curfew, in line with rules governing beachfront events.
