Oktomuerte

Oktomuerte takes place in Sauve, in the Gard department, around Halloween, organized by the l'Oktopus collective. The festival blends concerts, street performances and installations that take over the village's lanes, with a strong participatory dimension built together with local children during school holidays (decoration workshops, mask-making from recycled materials). Its motto, to life to death, captures the event's mix of celebration and the macabre.
