Oye Fest is Atlanta's first festival dedicated to Latinx music and culture, founded in 2017 by Margarita Ríos and Randall Ruiz, both figures from the city's local music scene. The event takes place across several venues in Atlanta, combining concerts, DJ sets, art installations and a vendor market centered on Latin American cultures.
