Pēters Vasks Music Festival

The Pēteris Vasks Music Festival takes place every spring, in late April, at the Cēsis Concert Hall in Latvia, developed in close collaboration with the Latvian composer whose name it bears. Focused on classical and contemporary music, the festival highlights the shared musical sensibility between Latvian and Scandinavian composers, with Vasks himself shaping the programme and attending the concerts.
