About
Founded in 1977 in Port Fairy, a historic fishing village in the state of Victoria, the festival initially focused on traditional Australian and Irish music before broadening its programming to world, acoustic and folk sounds. It runs over four days each year during the March Labour Day long weekend, spread across several venues in the small coastal town.
