About
Founded in 2001 as a showcase for Spanish independent rock, Primavera Sound moved in 2005 to the Parc del Fòrum, a large seafront site north of central Barcelona. Long rooted in indie rock, its lineup has broadened over the years to include hip hop, electronic music and pop, spread across several stages set among esplanades and harbor areas.
