Rainbow Island Festival

The Rainbow Island Music & Camping Festival has run since 2011 on Jaraseom Island near Chuncheon, combining camping with open-air concerts over a single weekend. It is one of the only times of year camping is allowed on the island, to protect its ecosystem, and attendees can either rent a festival tent or bring their own. The lineup mixes Korean pop, folk and indie artists with occasional international headliners.
