Rencontre de cornemuses

Every year the Rencontres de cornemuses bring together pipers and groups from several countries and regions to Sallèles-d'Aude, from a Breton bagad to Irish dancers and Galician gaita players. The weekend mixes open-air concerts, a relaxed evening at the village café and a big closing concert, all free to attend. The event highlights the diversity of bagpipe music across Europe.
