Rising Fest brings a lineup dedicated to heavy metal to the Espace Jean Bouhey in Longvic, near Dijon, each year, with French and international bands over two days. Organized by the Phoenix Rising association, it reached its thirteenth edition in 2026, making it an established fixture on the metal scene in eastern France.
