About
Rock im Park takes place on the Zeppelinfeld, the former Nazi party rally grounds designed by Albert Speer, beside the Dutzendteich lake in Nuremberg. Run as a sister event to Rock am Ring since 1997, with roots tracing back to a festival launched in Vienna in 1993 before passing through Munich, it draws tens of thousands of visitors each year for a rock and metal lineup.
